However, no significant studies in the Western world yet have proven these claims. 

 Broadly, it is easy to keep your distance from your fresh fruit juices rather than torturing your stomach. Many researchers have proved the existence of high sugar content in juices. Many have indicated that juices cause an increase in potential risk of diabetes by almost 2%.
